The AG penthouse is located right next to the former Athens airport, with panoramic views to the old airstrips. The two-floor penthouse with a total area of 193,00m2 belongs to a family from Saudi Arabia, who spends the summer in Greece and thereby wanted to create a luxurious and minimal interior with clean lines and contemporary aesthetic. On the bottom floor of the penthouse, we find the main living areas: living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. On the top floor there is the master bedroom and bath, as well as an office space overlooking the roof garden and pool.
White volakas marble is combined with grey finishes and gold details in the living areas, at the heart of which features the imposing marble and wooden staircase. The floating marble slabs on the base of the staircase, can also be used as a sitting or reading area. The furniture and materials were carefully selected in order to create a relaxing and neutral foreground to the big glass windows that dominate in the background and overlook the old airstrips.
In the master bedroom the use of oak wood louvers offers a warm and relaxing environment. The roof garden which has panoramic views to the sea and the former airport, was formed into a sitting area with BBQ and small swimming pool.
